GoThai Insurance Registration Form

1. Please double-check the vehicle and traveller information before submitting the form.

2. Choose Gate A if you're travelling through Wang Kelian, Bukit Kayu Hitam, or Padang Besar. Use Gate B for the Pengkalan Hulu, Durian Burung, Bukit Bunga, Rantau Panjang, and Pengkalan Kubur routes.

3. For Door A travellers – After receiving the "Insurance document is ready for collection" notification via WhatsApp, insurance can be collected at the GoThai office (Pekan Napoh).

4. If you want your TM2, TM3, and TM6 travel insurance and documentation delivered by post, it will take 3 - 5 working days.

5. For Gate B travellers – Insurance is only sent via WhatsApp. There is no document posting.

6. Only online payments are accepted. NO payment will be accepted during document collection.

7. Any document collection is subject to the following operation hours:

Sunday – Thursday : 6.30 am – 10.00 pm
Friday – Saturday : 6.00 am – 11.00 pm

8. Please notify us via WhatsApp if you intend to collect documents outside of the above-mentioned office hours. Documents can be obtained at the document box located in front of the GoThai office (Pekan Napoh).
